On February 8, 2024, the Department of Commerce hosted the official launch of the HBCU CHIPS Network with about 20 HBCUs. Since then the membership has grown to represent more HBCUs as well as HBCCs (Historically Black Community Colleges). As excitement around the work of the Network grows, we continue to add new members.
